Served as second-chair on a trial team that secured an arbitration award of over $1.6MM (plus recovery of all legal fees and expenses) for manufacturing-company against non-paying customer. The team also achieved a complete dismissal of the customer's counterclaims on behalf of the client, involving allegations of fraud and business torts.
