Ginger works with clients on all aspects of brand creation, development, and protection, including trademark clearance, prosecution, registration, enforcement, and litigation. Collaborating closely with clients across a broad range of industries, she develops and implements trademark strategies that align with their business goals.
During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to Judge Regina M. Rodriguez of the US District Court for the District of Colorado and represented indigent clients in criminal matters under the student practice act with the Colorado State Public Defender's Office.
